3 lbs. chicken wings, thawed
1½ cups Clamato®
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup cayenne pepper sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper, course ground
½ bunch cilantro, chopped fine
1.-Preheat grill to 375° F (place grill on high for 10 minutes with lid closed).
2.-Lower to medium.
3.-In a large saucepot, place all the ingredients except wings and cilantro.
4.-Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes; keep warm.
5.-If your mouth isn’t watering yet, add more Clamato.
6.-Place chicken wings on grill; cook for 10-12 minutes each side or until meat is cooked through.
7.-In a large bowl, mix chicken wings with tomato sauce and cilantro.
8.-Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing and a cold Clamato drink to cool you down.
