Shrimp Michelada

    INGREDIENTS

    6 cooked, peeled shrimp

    ½ cup Clamato® Picante

    2 limes, plus extra for glass rim

    ¼ cup orange juice (per mug)

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (per mug)

    Hot sauce (to taste)

    ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

    1 clove garlic

    1 serrano chile, sliced

    1 lager beer

    Tajín® for dusting glass rims and shrimp

    Ice

    INSTRUCTIONS

    DRINK

    1.-Run lime across rim of mug.

    2.-Dip mug in Tajín to coat evenly.

    3.-Add ice.

    4.-Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and orange juice.

    5.-Fill with Clamato and beer.

    6.-Garnish with serrano chile wheels.

    SHRIMP

    1.-Lightly char/grill shrimp with salt, garlic, and black pepper.

    2.-Place 2-3 shrimp per skewer.

    3.-Add a lime wedge on skewer as well.

    4.-Place skewer in drink.
